Green Tea. It has been used by the Chinese for centuries to help boost immunity and aid digestion. I’ve been drinking green tea for as long as I can remember and drink it regularly. Now, I’ve decided to use it in my practice.

Today marks the end of a short-lived six day lockdown. So, why only three days? You may have heard on the news that the decision for the strict lockdown was based on a lie told to the medical team who are trying to ascertain just how widespread the virus was.

Lockdown Day 2
The lockdown continues as does the peace. At this point, I hear several things – the gentle cooing of a distant pigeon, the occasional plane flying past, the trees swaying in the breeze and my husband playing his guitar.

Witch Bottle
Witch bottles have been used for centuries by witches and those who wanted to ward off witches. Traditionally, they were used to protect the individual against dark magic and evil spirits. Today they are used for protection, love, healing and much more.

Part of this blog will be to explore my Chinese heritage as well as my journey through witchcraft. Finger’s crossed that I can keep this blog going!
